The L2 Power Modulator is a prototype energy device designed to harness structured, nonlocal energy—what we call Level 2 light. This form of energy is not electromagnetic radiation as conventionally defined. It does not travel as photons through space. Instead, it exists prior to spatial constraint, responsive to intent, coherence, and alignment with consciousness itself.

Unlike traditional generators, the Modulator does not consume fuel or convert matter into electricity. It interacts with the pre-material field that gives rise to matter. This energy is subtle, stable, and inherently safe—yet it has the potential to power our world without extraction, combustion, or environmental harm.

The Modulator is built using Ce2-aligned principles of resonance layering, coherence gating, and consciousness-linked modulation fields. Its purpose is not simply to generate power—but to demonstrate that the boundary between mind and matter is dissolving. Energy, it turns out, listens.
